LATA INAUGURATION
LATA - Lathangian's Alumni Teachers Association with the vision of the mission for Bonding Unity and Moulding Humanity was inaugurated on 30-03-2010. The inauguration took place in the Meditation Hall of the school campus. Mr. Chelladurai and Mr. Muthuvel were the Chief Guests, who invoked the obligation of an individual to the society. The office Bearers of the association were elected. The office bearers took an Oath to help the society. The Secretary of the school Mr. K.R.R.Ramesh Raaj Kumar recollected the memorable moments in Lathangi. The Awards of Honour' were given away to outgoing Lathangians. A discussion on the objectives of LATA was conducted and the session was followed by Group photo. And finally the departing staff of Lathangi planted saplings and departed.
LAMPS
Lathangian Association of Management, Pupil and Staff emerged from the LATA & LASA. LAMPS had its inauguration during the Annual Day Celebrations Lathagian Bliss on 23.03.2013 helping the needy and caring for the less privileged people is the main focus of LAMPS. Periodical visits to orphanages & home for the aged and offering contribution give us immense solace & satisfaction.
