  • Dear Parent,     

    Please note the following points:-

    1.    School hours: 8.50 a.m. to 3.40 p.m.          Lunch hour: 1.00 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.

    2.    The students are expected to be in the school before 8.50 a.m. At 8.50 a.m. the main

           gate will be closed. Students who come late will have to wait in the verandah.

           After the assembly they will be permitted to enter the school. Avoid late coming. 

    3.   a) The parents are requested to follow the given time schedule for taking the children home.

                    Pre KG              -       12.30 p.m.

                    LKG, UKG          -       3.30 p.m.

                    I to VIII             -       3.40 p.m.

              The main gate will be kept open only during the above mentioned time.

           b)   You are requested not to disturb the security by asking him to open the gate earlier.

    4.    Incase the parent desires to take the student commuting by van in the evening, he / she could do so

            after getting permission from the A.O through a letter and signing in the Van Register.

    5.    Permission will not be granted to take the students home during school hours. Incase

           of emergency the student will be permitted to go home after getting the signature from

           the I/Cs / Principal / Director-Academics in the letter produced.

    6.    Change of address with DOT or Mobile Numbers should be notified to the School Office through a

           letter immediately enabling us to contact you on emergency situations.

    7.    The  leave  letter  for  availing  leave  for  students  should  be sent  only in  the

           format given in the Hand Book.

    8.    Read through  the  Hand  Books  daily  and  sign  the  same  after  ascertaining

           whether the student has completed his/her home activity and prepared for the tests. 

    9.    Every morning, the child is expected to prostrate before the father & mother. The

           parent has to bless the child and to sign in “Got Blessings” column in the Hand Book.

    10.  Send only  rich  and  nutritious  Vegetarian  food for lunch. Parents can send

           eggs. Non Vegetarian foods are to be curtailed.  

     

    Reminder to Parents on the Do’s and Don’ts

    Do’s

    1.   Students from IV Std. upwards are allowed to wear watches.

    2.  The nails are to be trimmed periodically and kept clean.

     

    3.  On birthdays and special occasions, parents are advised to send healthy nutritious snacks like sprouted sundal, groundnut burfi, coconut burfi etc.

    4.   Every child is expected to come in well ironed and neat uniform with polished shoes and socks.

    5.   Taking leave without prior permission leave letter has to be submitted the next day.

    6.  Hair style should be presentable. Applying oil and combing the hair properly everyday should be given due importance. Boys should have a decent hair cut periodically.

    7.   Long leave taken due to sickness - along with the leave letter, medical certificate also should be produced.

    8.   Every child is expected to converse in Campus Language English at all time. 

    Don’ts

     

    1.   Advised not to wear fashionabe, fancy and expensive watches.

    2.   Growing long nails and using nail polish is not permitted.

    3.   They are strictly advised not to give any gifts to friends or teachers. Not to send chocolates or sweets for distribution. If sent, it will not be distributed

    4.   Bringing junk food as snacks will not be encouraged

    5.   Day students buying eatables from outside shops and giving to hostel students on their own will be viewed seriously.

    6.   Frequent absenteeism without leave letter will not be encouraged.

    7.   Coming with irregular hair style and without oil is not permitted.

    8.   Students are advised not to wear gold or silver jewellery, anklets and watches. If found penalty of Rs.100 will be collected.

    9.   Possessing costly items such as memory card, pen drive, headphone, cell phone and other accessories - strict action will be taken.  

    Parents are expected to extend their co-operation in all the areas concerning the students.
